Highlands Community Services (HCS) requests qualified financial institutions to submit proposals to provide banking services.
A Request for Proposal information packet will be available upon request. Interested parties may contact Ms. Kristi Brown, Director, Procurement & Asset Management by phone (276-525-1567) or by email (kbrown@highlandscsb.org) to receive an information packet.
To be considered, all proposals must be written and submitted per the directions in the information packet and received no later than 4:00 p.m. EST, Friday, April, 1, 2016.
