Highlands Community Services (HCS) offers a comprehensive health care plan with preventative care, virtual care access and health & wellness tools through The Local Choice with current providers being Anthem, Anthem/Blue View Vision and Delta Dental. - Retirement
HCS contributes an automatic 4% of the employee’s base wages to a 403(b) traditional retirement account with an optional employer match of up to 3%. - Life Insurance
HCS provides a term life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance policy. Employees may choose to purchase additional life and AD&D insurance coverage. - Short-Term Disability
HCS provides for a short-term disability policy. Employees have the option of purchasing additional short-term disability. - Voluntary Benefit Offerings
