Highlands Community Services is destroying all consumer records that have been inactive for six years or more. Juvenile charts are destroyed when the juvenile has reached 26 years of age.
HCS consumers whose case has been closed for 6 years or more and do not want their records destroyed must call MJ Francisco at 276.525.1539.
